RETURNS

We hope you are pleased with the design & quality of your items. However, should you wish to return anything you have purchased, please see below.

WE OPERATE A STRICT RETURNS POLICY

We understand that your purchase may not be suitable. You must inform us of you wanting to return your order and send back within 14 days of receiving your goods.

 

 Please fill in the Returns Form stating your order number and reason for return. Scroll down to print form.

We would appreciate that you email us: thefashionloft@btinternet.com to let us know you would like to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. 

All returns should be unworn & undamaged and in their original condition. Original condition means items must have labels attached, be unused with no marks, scent or damage & in a resalable condition. Please be careful when trying on clothing that you are not wearing any makeup, hair products, fragrance, deodorant or other creams that may mark or damage the product or jewellery that may snag & damage the garment.
Please re-package as received in original packaging to avoid garments getting badly creased.
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, please allow up to 10 working days. If your return does not comply to our RETURNS POLICY it will be returned to you at your expense. 

No Return or Refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons. We will not refund items that are damaged, lost or delayed in transit. 

Please note all returns must be made at your own cost & we recommend using a standard signed for service & keep a receipt as proof of postage as we take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Please make sure your package is secure & labelled correctly. Once you decide to return any goods you must take reasonable care of them while they remain in your possession.

Please note: All garments are checked before they are dispatched, but on the rare occasion a fault is found, please inform us immediately by email: thefashionloft@btinternet.com and we would appreciate a photo, so we can quickly resolve the matter.

We cannot offer exchanges, we can only refund on orders, even if you would like a different size or colour, you would have to place a new order and return your existing order for a refund.

 

 

 

 

FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear & tear are not considered to be faulty. We will only refund the cost of delivery & the cost of returning goods if your order is received faulty, at a UK Standard postage rate.

To return an order please download and complete the RETURNS FORM  with clear indication to the reason for the return.
